Planning application in progress for residential development on Land South of Ermyn Way, Ashtead.

Site allocated in Mole Valley District Council Local Plan for around 270 new homes alongside other significant community and physical infrastructure.

Plans include the creation of extensive public open space, children’s play areas and enhanced walking and cycling facilities within a landscape-led development.

Development aims to integrate with Ashtead while creating a beneficial new neighbourhood.
